1.Where are you located?
A. We are located in North Wilkesboro, NC. Please contact us for more information on coming to visit us!
2.Are you open to the public?
A. Sorry, We are opened by appointment only.
3.When can I make an appointment?
A. Tuesday - Thursday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Fridays 1p.m.- 5 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
4.Do consultations cost?
A. No there is no charge at all.
5. Are your cakes fresh are frozen?
A. Never frozen, customer cakes are always made fresh!
6. Do you deliver? If so where?
A. Yes we deliver. Wilkes county, Boone, Winston Salem,surrounding is our main area but we will deliver all over NC and SC, GA, VA, TN.
7. What are your prices?
A. Prices can vary depending on the style and detail of the cake. Depending on detail and style a cake can be $2.33 per slice and up.
8. Why do your cakes cost so much? I can get a cake from wal-mart for cheaper?
A. I like to answer this question by saying, You can also buy a pair of shoes for $6.00 from Wal-mart, but they will not be a pair of Valentino's (check it here). The quality and time that I put into my cakes is probably quadruple of what a Wal-mart baker (not trying to take nothing away from them) puts into a cake that was shipped pre made and frozen, then slapped with some icing and buttercream roses.
9. Do you make custom cakes?
A. Yes we love the challenge of a custom cake! All carved and custom cakes will have to be covered in fondant.
10.What type of payments do you except?
A. Cash, check and credit cards through paypal.
11. How many days in advance do you need to make my cake?
A. We usually request 3 days on small special occasion cakes. If it is a tiered cake or custom carved cake anything over $50.00 please call us at least 2 weeks in advance. If its a wedding cake Please contact us at least 2 months in advance, so that we can make sure we have everything for the type of cake you want, but we occasionally take on 2 and even 1 day orders depending on the size and how many cakes we have already.
